  content:"On an oval slab poured between and engaging the bridge columns to the south of the bridge, are 10 new conical columns, each approx. 18 ft. tall. These columns support a steel drum (or track)...Two stylized metal chairs are attached to each of the 16 bridge support columns on the right side of the sculpture." The oval slab is concrete. The track is painted orange. The chairs, which are mounted high on the columns, are painted orange.
